Do you update menus? If so how often?
We update menus every 3 months based on when the menus was first added to our system. If you find the menus is out of date or closed for business email Helen.
How long before my menu will be posted?
Our staff for now are volunteers and we are in a BETA phase. So please be allow 7 to 10 days.
What if the restaurant menu is a image or PDF?
At this time we cannot process images or PDF of menus. The technology hasn’t matured to this point. After you submit a menus request if we find the menu is only in image or PDF format we will email you.
How do I report an issue with a menu?
Look for a new link to be added to the bottom of every menu you can use to report issues. If you have a more general issue or suggestion email:
Is there a fee if a restaurant to request a menu?
At this time there is no fee. Simply use the form below. If yo have more than 3 to 10 locations please email us. We can find a way.
Can I request more than one menu?
You can use the same form to submit up to 3 menus. Just at the restaurant name and address or website for each in the details section.
Once we have posted your request, please submit more.
